Open Enrollment Applications for School Year 2025-2026
We are accepting new Open Enrollment Applications for the 2025-2026 school year:
Inter-District Open Enrollment Application
For students applying to enter Lancaster City Schools from any Ohio School District
Intra-District Open Enrollment Application
For Lancaster students applying to attend an alternate Lancaster School.
Deadline to submit applications is May 30, 2025

Please keep in mind that you may need to make arrangements for your children in the event of school delays, cancellations, or early dismissals. Now is a good time to talk with your children to prepare them for these events and make sure they understand where they should go during these times. Note that early dismissals will only occur under the most extreme circumstances.
We are excited to announce that Transportation has recently updated their bus routing software.
As of August 7th, 2024, parents/guardians should download the MyRide K-12 app in order to review your students' bus information. Below is a link with instructions on how to set up the app. Just to clarify, the My Stop App is no longer in use, you will need to use the MyRide K-12 app.
*Parents/Guardians you will need your child’s student ID in order to complete the setup (if you don't remember your Student's ID or are new to the district, please contact your child's school secretary - the office staff has returned from summer break).
If you are unable to download the app; you can also access bus information from
https://myridek12.tylerapp.com – you will still need your child’s ID to complete the setup.
